Responsibilities:
Enters incoming orders for pharmacy services.
Informs customers of the receipt, pricing, shipping dates and delays of orders.
Answers and responds to customerinquiries.
2nd ShiftDuties1.
Enters customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased into the order entry system.

Verifies and enters physician information into the system.
3.
Enters new medication orders and enters refills.
4.
Sorts, correlates and distributes copies obtained from fax machines.
5.
Receives and responds to customer complaints and/or issues.
Forwards escalated concerns to the Order Entry Supervisor.
6.
Reviews and verifies customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
7.
Assists specified departments in the preparation and shipment of orders to designated locations.
8.
Checks inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise.
9.
Reviews orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forwards incomplete orders for further processing.
10.
Meets Expectations of Excellence for position.
11.
Supports facilities, departmental goals and the overall objectives of the Company.
12.
Complies with all laws, regulations and standards of ethical conduct.
13.
Performs all job duties with a friendly positive and team-oriented approach.

Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent.
Associates degree preferred.
IN pharmacy technician license.
ExperienceOne (1) to three (3) years' order entry, sales, or service center experience.
Healthcare, senior living industry,pharmacy or long-term care environment preferred.
Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Salary:
$18 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
