Job Summary
ADM Milling (Beech Grove, IN) seeks a Clerk II. The position requires a dedicated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented person with the desire and ability to provide exceptional administrative support. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the dynamics of the business and priorities of the company. This candidate will perform administrative and clerical duties along with supporting staff members.

Job Qualifications
Education: Associates degree preferred or minimum two - five years' experience in related field required.

Main Duties, Responsibilities, and Functions
Perform a variety of responsibilities, ranging from routine to complex, while maintaining a calm and confident persona
Customer service
Ensure confidentiality on matters related to the commercial and operations
Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, shipping documents, production reporting, record retention and various month end applications
ADM contract and order entry system, Maximo, Document Direct, and Sharepoint
Grain accounting utilizing Agris system
Daily Position reporting
Hourly Payroll
Develop and maintain office filing system (including record retention) in paper & electronic formats
Assemble and coordinate the preparation of documents in advance of meetings
Perform back up duties during co-worker absence
Cross-train other administrative positions for backup and vacation coverage

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
